The Company and Blue Tiger Mining (BTM) have reached an agreement which provides for
‘Cash & Royalty’ payments to Barra forthe right‐to‐mine the Newminster Oxide Deposit to a
vertical depth of 65 metres. The optimum pit‐shell BTM have chosen to mine is expected to
