WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2008, 9:45 AM.

BRR Welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today I am joined by Mr. Mike Veverka, the Chief Executive Officer of the Manaccom Corporation. Mike, thanks for joining

10 us today.

MNL Thanks very much.

BRR Mike, today you have released the preliminary final report and obviously it has been a good year for Manaccom. Could I get you to touch on some of the

15 key points that you have covered in this announcement?

MNL Certainly. It was an excellent result. We are very pleased with it. The NPAT came in at $2.7 million -- it is net profit after tax -- from revenue of about 38 million. We have also confirmed our maiden dividend which is a 1-cent fully franked dividend, and based on yesterday’s closing share price of 25 cents,

20 that represents 4% yield. So combining the dividend with the growth that we are getting in the company, things are looking very good.

BRR Mike, could I just get you to comment on the performance of the two divisions of the business and how they are looking at the moment and how they are

25 looking for the future?

MNL Sure thing. The online division which operates the ozlotteries.com website grew significantly throughout the year. It ran into some very good trading conditions towards the end of the financial year with a good run of high jackpots that really pushed sales along. So on that division on its own it did

30 very well and it also managed to sign a new agreement with Tattersall’s which extended the agreement another three years through to 2013, so the future looks bright on that side. Also, throughout the year, we successfully acquired Manaccom Proprietary Limited, and that company had 10 months of trading in those numbers so it was not a full year for them. They also performed

35 extremely well. They had a number of record months towards the end of the year. So really, it was just a matter of everything coming together at the right time with both divisions performing extremely well.

BRR Just finally, Mike, can I ask you to give our listeners, shareholders and

40 potential investors a bit of a snapshot as to what you are seeing in the fiscal year ahead for Manaccom Corporation?

MNL I think we will see a lot more growth based on this solid foundation that we have created. We have got two businesses that are growing well. All the systems are in place and a lot of deals are coming through the pipelines. So I

45 think the organic growth will be quite attractive in the year ahead. On top of that, we are also aggressively looking for suitable acquisitions to add to the business and add to the bottom line as well.

BRR Okay, Mike. Well, thanks very much for taking the time to speak with us on Boardroom Radio this afternoon and we look forward to following the progress of Manaccom in FY09.

MNL Thank you very much.
